Joe Chill is the tritagonist turned into a major antagonist of the 2018 fanfilm The Joker. He is Oswald Cobblepot's hitman who works alongside The Joker.
History[]
At first, Joe was seen together with Jason Broyden/The Joker fighting against another crime gang and taking their money, thus giving it all to their boss Oswald Cobblepot. He later goes to a bar together with Jason and asks him why he is serious all the time. He suggests Jason to find a girlfriend and learn how to have fun in life, and tells him that he loves him. After Jason befriends Harley Quinn and steals Harley from Alberto Falcone, Joe helps Jason fight against Alberto's goons. They later go to war against Alberto who wears a mask while fighting the two to the death. He begs Alberto not to hurt his friend Jason, but Alberto refuses and adds that they will both be assasinated. Joe then runs away from Alberto. Later, Alberto makes a deal with Joe Chill and Oswald Cobblepot and orders them to kill The Joker and Harley Quinn with his plans. Joe hijacks The Joker, revealing him that Oswald ordered him and Harley Quinn to be killed, and he knocked The Joker out. He revealed them both that if it was up to him, he would steal Harley and become her boyfriend by force when he is done with Alberto. Despite his ambition, Joe follows Alberto's orders and kills Harley Quinn infront of Jason. He then tortures The Joker, sarcastically telling him that Harley is not dead, but that she is only flat on the ground. He cuts Jason's mouth open, causing him to transform into The Joker. Jason however manages to grab two guns and shoots both Armitage (another of Oswald's enforcers) and Joe Chill for his betrayal. Joe runs away but is shot again. Begging for The Joker not to kill him, he gets shot on the head and he is killed once and for all.
