Cruella De Vil is one of the major villains in the Character What franchise, She is also a character from 101 Dalmatians franchise.
Personality[]
During 101 Dalmatians III, Cruella De Vill's obsession to have her very own Dalmatian coat had descend her into madness to the point that she has no qualms against stealing Shadow Aaron's high-tech equipment to be used for her own benefits, she didn't hesitate to shoot both Horace and Jasper if they didn't help steal the Dalmatian puppies. She reach to great length into forcing Horace and Jasper to kidnap Twilight Sparkle so she can use her as a hostage to force Shadow Joe to surrender to her, but if he didn't, she will not hesitate to shoot Twilight Sparkle unless Shadow Joe finally agrees to submit to her will. She even didn't resist to killing the puppies herself, as shown she grabs Lucky and intends to shoot him with a laser gun that she stolen from Shadow Aaron. These factors proves that Cruella De Vil has lose the remaining of her sanity.
Character What: The Adventures[]
In 101 Dalmatian, much like in the film, after Roger and Anita Radcliffes refuse to sell their Dalmatian puppies to her, Cruella secretly hires two men named Horace and Jasper to steal the puppies for her. After Shadow Joe learned about the stolen 15 puppies from a newspaper, he and his friend Twilight Sparkle decides to track down and return the puppies back to the Radcliffes no matter how long it would take, while Pongo and Perdita run away from their owners to search for their puppies with the help of some dogs of English. Later at Hell Hall, she angerly confront her henchmen for watching "What's My Crime", and demands them to start skinning the puppies to make her fur coat due to the police investigating anywhere in English, so she demands the job to be done to night. But Horace and Jasper wanted to finish watching their show before skinning the puppies, she stripes away Jasper's bottle of alcohol into the fireplace, causing a explosion that frightens both Horace and Jasper and the puppies into submission. She slaps both Horace and Jasper in the face, and then leaves, threatening to call the police if they don't have the job done by morning.

In Return for Revenge, Cruella De Vil join forces with Shadow Joe and the other villains with him, To seek revenge on Shadow Joe.
In Villainess Meeting, Cruella De Vil was with the some of the other female villains having with Sunset Shimmer, Cruella De Vil also had Maleficent and Ursula as partners.

In Villains Pals, Rainbow Dash free HIM along Pete, Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil, Ursula, HIM, Discord and accidentally the Toiletnator from their prison cells. Rainbow Dash blackmails the villains that if they don't what he wants to them to do, she will used the invisible shock collars on their necks to electrode them painfully. Rainbow Dash's plans for the villains was to find a lost amulet that Daring Do failed to recover. When the villains success, Rainbow Dash foolishly revealed that she was joking about the invisible shock collars on their necks from the beginning, just to help her retrieve the lost artifact, leaving the villains frustrated for tricking them and plan to harm her. However, Ben Tennyson transform Way Big and grab the villains in his hands (except Tolietnator who was beaten by Twilight Sparkle and his friends).
In Who Let's the Dogs Out, Cruella play her role as main antagonist of the episode, Cruella order the villains who were with her to kidnap almost every dog hero, She also have Shadow Aaron on her side helping her with her plan.

In Take Them Down, Cruella De Vil was one of the few villains participating in Shadow Aaron's plan to ambush Shadow Joe and eliminate the Piplings for causing Shadow Aaron's demise in The End of Shadow Aaron. When Scar and General Woundwort captured Rainbow Dash and brought her to Shadow Aaron, Cruella started to feel Rainbow's mace to know how soft it is until Shadow Aaron tell her to stop so he can seek some answers from Rainbow. Later, she join the fight against Shadow Joe's team, but was defeated during the course of battle.

In 101 Dalmatian III, Cruella De Vil had been released from prison, but her personality has changed into pure madness, as she is more defeminated to have her fabulous Dalmatian coat more than ever. She is shown to have a laser gun, a Anti-Magic Ring, and a Anti-Power Headbrace that stolen from Shadow Aaron. Cruella meets up with her former henchmen Horace and Jasper, but they had enough of Cruella's spoiled attitude and want nothing to do with her. However, Cruella point her laser gun at Horace and Jasper and threaten to shoot them unless they do what she want them to do for her, so Horace and Jasper submit to Cruella and asks her what she wants them to do, which was to kidnap the 99 Dalmation puppies to make her coat. Horace and Jasper kidnapped the puppies and took them to Cruella who was waiting for them in a old abandoned mansion, but their work was not finished yet, as Cruella also wanted them to kidnap Twilight Sparkle so she can use her as hostage to make Shadow Joe stand down. Horace and Jasper found Twilight and put the Anti-Magic Ring on her horn to prevent her from using her magic. Horace and Jasper returns with Twilight Sparkle and Cruella was satisfied for plans are almost complete. Cruella broadcast a footage to reveal to Shadow Joe that he had Twilight Sparkle and the 99 Dalmatian puppies captured, Shadow Joe immediately heads to the old abandoned mansion to rescue Twilight and the puppies, unware that Pongo and Perdita were following him. However, when Shadow Joe arrive, Horace and Jasper put the Anti-Power Headbrace on Shadow Joe's head and tied him up in a chair. Cruella then started to boast about how she know that Shadow Joe to the rescue and fell into her trap.

Cruella De Vil possesses no natural superpowers, but in Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom episode, Cruella De Vil was good with a magic hat.
